One way to cut Bias Binding

Ok this is how I was told recently to make binding. (Pictures to come.)

Step 1: Pre-wash fabric (one yard width).
Step 2: Spray on wet fabric with Best Press and iron to dry.
Step 3: Fold fabric in half diagonally to make a triangle.
Step 4: Place ruler near the fold and cut as close as you can.
Step 5: Cut strips to whatever width your pattern calls for.

I am going to try this on my next quilt binding so I'll have some pictures when I get that started.
